Why do people have to interfere ?
They judge all the time as if they never did a mistake.

Why don't people try to look at themselves before they put the blame on someone else ?
Some people might be old in face or age, but not attitude.
Some people might be younger in age but wiser in thinking.
That's the point.

In a leadership, when your employee makes a mistake, it's you as a leader who is failed in leading.
In friendship, when your friend talks you at your back, it's your fault because you don't let your friends understand.
In reality, some words are better left unspoken, because sometimes no matter how hard we try to explain, they just don't want to listen. They want to be the right ones. Despite they thinking they are right, it never means that we are the wrong sides. You would find it hard to define what a "right" state is.
